“ Wonderful!!! My family stopped here while in the area. I got the mochi mochi waffle and I loved the extra chewiness to the sweet delicious waffle. My cousin got the chocolate banana, and it was soooo good! The banana in each little bubble just melted in your mouth and was surrounded with chocolate goodness. “ This was my last stop dessert place before heading back to NY. I am surprised I found a Hong Kong style dessert place. Couple years ago, I went to the same plaza and this place wasn't exist yet. I was glad I swung by the Chinatown the last day in Cleveland. Owners are very friendly. I ordered 2 types of waffle, Portuguese egg tart and milk tea. The Portuguese egg tart was amazing, fresh made and hot (temperature wise). It did burn my tongue. The tarts top can burn a little bit more. Waffles outside of sponge areas are crispy. This is exactly what I am looking for and similar taste when I was in Hong Kong. For the Milk Tea, I felt there is a room for improvement. A little bit of watery taste. Maybe not enough evaporated milk. Overall, I love this place a lot. ”

I definitely plan to return to dine in another time because it was so busy but even then the experience was still pretty good. Staff were kind despite being absolutely slammed with customers. The waffles we got were cookie dough and say cheese with bacon and I'd definitely order those two again, but there are so many options that look appealing. It's doubtful they will be revisited given the range of options available. The say bacon with cheese waffle was savory and very snack like - it was definitely enjoyable and the dip was a little spicy. The cookie dough waffle with condensed milk was delicious/definitely a great dessert. I highly recommend both and will return to try more. ”
“ Recommended! We had a weekend trip to Cleveland, OH. We found this small place (next to the Park to Shop market) through a YouTuber's video. We tried Taiwanese Milk Tea - it was so good, it tasted of strong black tea which I like, Affogato, Matcha Chocolate Waffle and Say Cheese with Bacon Waffle. They were delicious, the waffles were crispy outside, and soft inside. Only one Chinese man did the order, made the drinks and waffles all by himself at that time but he was professional. We did not wait too long and it was worth the wait. Good for snacks. It's just that the shop is small and they have only 2-3 tables. ”

The parking is free, the prices very reasonable, the staff members are friendly and helpful. I went for milk tea each day I was in Cleveland for a long weekend and was pleased each day. “ Such a hidden gem! Atmosphere and decor is very welcoming along with everyone behind the counter. They were very patient with us while it was our first time, and walked us through the options and sizes of everything. We ended up going with one original with banana and one chocolate with peanut butter cups. Both were drizzled with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar before being handed to us. We added a scoop of strawberry ice cream to them and it was the right choice, as they both tasted amazing. Very reasonably priced as well as quick service made the experience even more enjoyable. Not ashamed to admit we went back and got the Hong Kong style for round 2 and we will definitely be back! ”
